Assalamualaikum and good day to all readers! First of all, Happy Aidiladha to all Muslims in the world! I’m still on holiday in my hometown, Kedah. Yesterday I went to Pulau Sayak with few friends for sunset shooting and I was shown a new spot there. It was amazing! I never know my hometown also have a great place for seascape activities. I have been to Pulau Sayak before, but this new spot shown by Paksu, is totally awesome!
Few things happened while I was there shooting the sunset. First, my Big Stopper almost fell onto the rocky surface. But alhamdulillah somehow I managed to catch it before it dropped. If not sure it will be broken in pieces and my tears will follow. Lol :p. Ok the next thing is my feet got cut by the sharp reefs and rocks and I was bleeding. But luckily it just a small cut. Finally I got bites by thousands of mosquitoes! This is because both of my feet were covered with mud, that’s what attract the mosquitoes I think.
Nevertheless, I had really good time shooting there and managed to get few good shots. So here’s one of them! This is my dream and my passion. I love the captivating colors of nature. I love being out there. This is my way to express gratitude to Allah. I photographed the beauty of HIS creation and shared it to people around the world and hope they will appreciate it as much as I do. Insya’Allah 🙂

1) taruk la masking tape kat kiri kanan filter tu..kasi ketat sket naa..
2) pakai crocs – rendam air pun tak de masalah. lumpur? just rinse it. other alternatif is Pua Chu Kang boots! personally if redah lumpur, PCK is my choice, else i wear crocs especially if to tiptoe around slippery but wet rocky shores. either way, these two are always in my car boot.
3) a bottle of insect repellent cream/lotion should take permanent residence in your camera bag!

1) For my other filters mmg dah taruk masking tape (after the incident dkt Melaka :P) Cuma big stopper belum because kan dia ada mcm gasket. Maybe I had to taruk jgk la after this.
2)All the while I am wearing CROCS! Lol. Dari Sabah trip haritu mmg pakai crocs pn. PCK boots is other good alternative, but a bit funny lah. Haha.
3)This, definitely I need one. The mosquitoes love my sweet blood. :p
