Hey guys, this is the next photo from my Sabah Photo tour on last April. Really sorry for the slow uploading, kinda busy with works and life.

This shot was taken at Tip of Borneo, at sunset. As you can see the waves is rushing and jumping in front of my shot. It was kinda scary when you standing in the water at your hips depth to just to get this shot. But the result here tells it worth every penny of it!

So here’s my next photo from the recent Sabah Photo Tour. Another shot taken at the Tip of Borneo, Simpang Mengayau where the South China Sea meets the Sulu Sea. This is on our second day here. We decided to stayed for another day because on the first day many of us did not get the best shot. I think it is because of the view is just too amazing that makes everyone loss in composing their shot. Hey, I faced the same problem too! But luckily, I managed to get few ‘okay’ shots on the first day. 🙂

Bismillah..Assalamualaikum and good morning everyone! An advance shot of ‘Salam Jumaat’ from me. 😀 This shot is taken on sunrise at Likas mosque in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

It was a lovely morning, this shot was taken on our first day in Sabah. This mosque is amazingly beautiful with the lake around it and it gave a nice reflection when the water’s not moving.

Bismillah..Assalamualaikum and good day everyone. First of all I wish you all Happy Labour Day! Hope you guys have a great holiday yeah! Ok enough with bebel, here’s my fourth upload from the recent Sabah Photo Tour. This shot was taken at the Tip Of Borneo, where the South China Sea meets the Sulu Sea. (Pinjam ayat Kamrul Arifin Mansor :D) Alhamdulillah, we were blessed with this exquisitely beautiful sunset. The rays is just wonderful and wonderful! This is one of my sweetest escape ever! Definitely I’ll be back again, insya’Allah!

Err, cuti sudah habis bro. Will head back to KL this evening. It’s a long drive again…

It was very exciting trip, my fellow members on the tour is very cool and so enjoyable! The best part is we were blessed with a great weather!

Kedamaian River

Assalamualaikum and good evening everyone! I just came back from a five days photo trip in Sabah, 12 person in total we travel to capture some of the best landscape & seascape that Sabah offers.

Here’s my first photo from the trip which was taken in Kedamaian river in Kota Belud. Actually I fell asleep inside the van, when superfriends stopping by to photograph this river. Only about 15 minutes later I awake, then I was rushing to get down to the river. I only got 5 shots at this place, but still Alhamdulillah, I was lucky to captured this fascinating view. I just love this place so much because it’s position that lead straight toward the mountains and the sky at this time were so blue! Also the rocks here have a nice round shapes that make it looks even good and it is very relaxing when photographing it!

Hello everyone!

Yesterday, while everyone were still on their bed dreaming, I went out for a sunrise hunting with some friends from Facebook at Putrajaya. It was a great feeling, going out so early in the morning to enjoy the nature beauty. We decided to shoot at ‘Maritim’ lake, near the Pullman Hotel. This place is beautiful and I like the serenity of the location. The atmosphere is so peaceful and very quite on that morning. Alhamdulillah, we were blessed with a good weather and the sunrise come out beautifully.

So here’s my shot from that morning, hope you guys like it! Enjoy your Sunday yeah!

Light Vision

13 October 2011 – Earlier it was very gloomy and cloudy, I thought it will be no sunset but suddenly the light changed. At 1900 hours this evening, I rushed to this spot with my Ferrari (:D) to catch this beautiful sunset. 🙂

This is my first time here although it was at my own hometown, I never been here before this. Thanks to a friend from Facebook for telling the location.

Intersection

Sunset outing with Hazwan Hussain at Singkir, Yan, Kedah. It was raining earlier, but after the rain stops the colors start to come out. So this is what I got in my shot. 🙂

That’s the hazard of landscape photography. Sometimes even if it was raining, the weather can always change in a matter of minutes.

Ok about the shot, it was made from two exposures, I did use ND Grad for this shot, but still can’t stand the bright light. That’s why I take two exposures, one for the sky part and the other for the bottom part. Both exposures were manually blended in Photoshop. Then I do basic adjustment like increasing saturation, adjusting the contrast and levels.

Broken Pier Sunset

As’salam & good evening everyone..

Last weekend I went for an outing with my friend Tahfiz at Pantai Remis, Kuala Selangor..We decide to shoot sunset at this broken pier spot..The tide was perfect for playing with slow shutter speed, but the sunset was not so glorious on that day..Nevertheless, we still enjoy the session!

So here’s my first shot from Remis..For this shot I use 3 stops ND Grad to balance the light between the sky and the foreground..I also use a Circular Polarizer to saturate the colors..
