Assalamualaikum and good evening everyone. It’s been a while since my last post. New year have been a great start for me, many things happen from good to bad. Everything happened for a reason and I’m glad it happened because it makes me a stronger and wiser person today.
Enough about me, about the shot, it was my last sunset of 2011 which was taken at Port Dickson. A very small outing with a friend, we brave our self to stay out up to this magic hour. It was worth it.

Hi, you are a great photographer, i love your pictures! Anyway, my friend and I are planning to go to Port Dickson for a photohunt. We love landscape photography. We only have 2 days, 1 night to spend in PD. Do you have any recommendation on a few nice photo spots with lots of interesting objects? Those rocky beaches seem very beautiful. Is blue lagoon the best spot for sunset? Thanks in advance for your suggestiong 🙂

Blue lagoon is nice spot, but you need to watch out for the tide condition, if it was low tide then you can walk along the shore to get to rocky spots there.
My favourite spot for sunset shooting in Port Dickson will be at Hutan Lipur Pasir Panjang. It is located a few kilometres from Blue Lagoon, you just need to drive straight ahead until you see the signboard of Pasir Panjang. Once you arrived, you have to walk down the stairs to get to the spot.
But you must check the tide condition first, if it was low tide then this spot will offer lot of foreground interest and please watch out the tide because sometimes it will be high in a secs! and it will covered the way back to the stairs.
